This West Highland Terrier dog coin purse is made with a purple or classic black herringbone Harris Tweed.
The Harris Tweed is 100% British wool and is woven by a traditional weaver on the Isle of Harris in the Outer Hebrides in Scotland and the official Harris Tweed orb label is sewn on the back of the coin purse.
The West Highland Terrier is hand drawn and cut from pieces of felt, then embellished with free motion embroidery detail.
Free motion embroidery is a technique which is like drawing with a sewing machine, it is all stitched by eye, and no embroidery programmes are used, so no two designs are exactly the same, and each one is unique. The purse is handmade from start to finish so stitches may vary slightly from the photo.
The coin purse measures approximately 11.5 x 10.5 cm and is lined with a red and white patterned cotton lining with a zip closure.
