The iPad case pictured measures approximately 19.5 x 25.5 cm, but I can make any size to order, just let me know the dimensions of your tablet.

The iPad case is lined with a patterned cotton lining, with thick wadding sewn inside, so is sure to keep your iPad well protected. You can choose a velcro closure across the top or a leather and snap fastener.
Using a photograph as reference, I hand draw and cut the animal design out of felt. The pieces are then embroidered onto a Harris Tweed background using free motion embroidery. This technique is like drawing with a sewing machine - similar to painting a portrait, only using threads instead of paint. No embroidery programmes are used, and the intricate texture and shading is all stitched by eye.
How to order:
After purchase I will contact you via email to confirm your order. You will need to email at least three high quality photographs to use as reference. If possible, one should be taken outside, or in a well lit room, as light is very important so that I'm able to see the true colours of your pet.
Let me know which colours you like from the swatches image, and once I see the photo I can advise which one would work best with your pet's colours.
Once I receive the photos of your pet I will show you a rough mock-up of the layout and if you're happy I will start making the order. Please be aware that the colours may not always be a perfect match as it is my interpretation of what I see in the photos. I can only work with the thread and felt colours available to me, but I always strive to make the end result as accurate and as true to character as possible!
When finished, I will post your order and you will receive a notification. To keep my prices affordable I don't give work in progress updates or photos before posting, but happy to do so if requested.
Pet portraits are not refundable unless lost or damaged in transit.
Harris Tweed is made from 100% wool, so dry cleaning is recommended.
