The case measures approximately 14.5 x 20.5 cm, I made it to fit an iPad mini, but other small e-readers or kindles will fit inside
It is lined with blue and white patterned cotton lining. Wadding has been sewn inside for extra protection and a dark blue leather flap with metal snap fastener will keep your tablet safely inside the case.
The puffin is hand drawn and cut from pieces of felt, then using my sewing machine, it is embellished with free motion embroidery feather detail. This embroidery technique is like drawing with a sewing machine - no embroidery programmes are used, and it is all stitched by eye so each design is slightly different and unique.
The Harris Tweed is bought from a weaver on the Isle of Harris in Scotland. The colours of the cloth are heavily influenced by the landscape and natural world, and woven by weavers using traditional methods passed down through the generations.

Harris Tweed is made from 100% wool, so dry cleaning is recommended.
