This original piece of textile art features a red squirrel stitched onto an earthy green Harris Tweed background.
The design has been created using applique and free motion embroidery which is a free style stitching technique using a sewing machine which means no two artworks are the same.
The earthy green Harris Tweed is woven by independent weavers in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland and provides the perfect backdrop for the squirrel.
The artwork comes in a 7" x 9" (approximately 18 x 23 cm) white picture mount with white back board and clear bag.
The aperture picture size is 5" x 7" (approximately 11.5 x 17 cm).
