This original piece of textile art depicts a winter woodland scene featuring stag stitched onto a navy blue Harris Tweed background.
The design has been created using applique and free motion embroidery which is a free style stitching technique using a sewing machine which means no two artworks are the same.
The navy Harris Tweed is woven by independent weavers in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland and provides the perfect backdrop for the robin.
The artwork comes in a 7" x 9" (approximately 18 x 23 cm) white picture mount with white back board and clear bag.
The aperture picture size is 5" x 7" (approximately 11.5 x 17 cm).
